OUR APPROACH

While we take your build very seriously, we are a good humoured team who love what we do. We take pride in our work, honouring good ethics and practical efficiency. Living and working in the countryside, we have a deep respect and appreciation for our environment. It simply feels good to be evolving the way in which we construct into a natural considerate approach that embraces modern building methods. We over 20+ pairs of hands in the team, all working to bring your project to life. Here are a few of the faces you might meet along the way.

MEET THE TEAM

Nick Guscott

Managing Director

Nick has always work in the building industry. Initially Nick worked and trained as a bricklayer and stonemason, before moving onto ground works and general building works. Fifteen years ago Nick became involved in the timber frame industry as a manufacturer of frames and in 2010 he purchased the factory and yard in Cheriton Fitzpaine, from where All Timber Frames operate. Due to his wide experience Nick is able to offer clients invaluable advice on timber frame specification as well as most aspects of the build process.

Luke Marcus-Embleton

Workshop and Site coordinator

Luke has worked with Nick for over 15 years, as Workshop Manager and the running of erecting frames on site. As such Luke is responsible for the smooth operation, the workmanship of our staff and ensuring that each of the projects is delivered to site on time.

Alistair Jackson

Sales and Estimating

Alistair is responsible for the pricing of projects and sales. A role he has under taken for the last 15 years, having moved to Devon to build his own timber framed family home. It was during his own build that Alistair first met Nick, who was responsible for the ground works. In addition to his extensive knowledge on all types of timber frames, Alistair has acted as the main contractor on several large scale timber frame projects and therefore is able to offer clients extended advice on the costing of all aspects of building work.

Mark Martin

Workshop Operative

Mark, another long serving worker to All Timber Frames, is responsible for the cutting of the timber used in the manufacturing of the timber frames, and as such his accuracy is key to the successful fabrication of our frames. Mark is also responsible for the servicing and maintenance of our tools and equipment, along with overseeing the work within the workshop.

 

Frank Richman

Buyer

Frank works in the office, buying all the materials needed for each project. He has formed great relationships with our suppliers to ensure we get good quality products at the best price.

William Guscott

Site Carpenter

William, having joined us in 2012 as an apprentice carpenter, has developed his skills widely over the time he has been with us. William is now a skilled manufacture and erecter of our frames, one of our key members of the team.
