Building your own home offers the opportunity to design a home that meets your unique requirements. Working within the restraints laid down by the local planning authority the external appearance as well as the room layouts can be tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle.

The majority of self-builders are very environmentally aware, they would like to be able to live in a home that is sustainable and very thermally efficient. Being a self-builder means that these aspirations can become a reality.
